You can train with Jacquie at your home gym, my home-based studio, online, or at NRG4Life Fitness.
Jacquie loves to provide strength training using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, balls, and yoga accessories.
If you like using fitness machines and might be interested in joining fitness classes on off-training days, you can combine your personal training with a gym membership (a membership is included if training 2 or more times / wk at NRG).
Jacquie works with all ages. Whether you want sweaty challenging training sessions, fitness for your teen, or gentle strength and stretching in a chair, Jacquie loves it all.
