    Every day we’ll explore various creative modalities including improv, storytelling, and mandalas for boosting confidence, creativity, and courage.

  • Mindfulness

    We will explore yoga-inspired movements, breathwork, and emotional intelligence for fostering calm, focus, and resilience.

  • Fitness

    Each day we will engage in activities for building strength and coordination. Fitness may include body weight strengthening, using balls, bands, and expressive dance.

Meet your Summer Fun Joy Guide

Jacquie Hermans, The Joyful Yogini is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Fitness Instructor, an Inspirational Comedian (Trained through Second City) & TV Host/Producer (Previous the Host of Uxbridge Scugog Life for 5 yrs). 30+ years of working with all ages in the schools, pools, fitness centres, corporate and community events. Also certified in CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and Suicide Prevention. Adult Teacher and Training Certification.

Summer Camp Dates

July 21-25 9 am - 12 pm: 5-8 yr olds

What should my child bring?

Pack a water bottle, nut free snacks, yoga mat (if you have one), indoor shoes, and a positive attitude.
