Jacquie has her 200hr RYS Yoga Certification and has been trained in Improv through Second City. Jacquie’s Yoga classes are intuitively guided and include channeled messages, sound healing, aromatherapy, and the warmth of a wood-burning fire. You don’t have to be funny for her improv classes, just a desire to laugh, play, and release fears of failure, judgment, and the unknown.

What’s unique about my services
I‘ve created a community where you can be yourself. Perfection is not required. We share when we are inspired, we laugh, work hard, and honour our bodies. I use a variety of tools: I channel messages, pull cards, use aromatherapy, sound therapy, dog therapy, joy, and a fireplace.
My vinyasa flow yoga classes are all-levels. They can be taken over Zoom or in person at my Uxbridge home-based yoga studio. If you are new to yoga I recommend booking a single one-on-one class to review some basic yoga poses.
One-on-One Yoga
During private sessions, Jacquie will run quantum healing energy to power up your healing and clearing process. We can schedule a meet and greet to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good match.

Zoom or in-person
Increase your joy, flexibility, and decrease your stress. Align and open your chakras while receiving channeled messages and healing energy from the divine. This is an ALL-LEVELS class. Adaptations are provided. Let’s plant our seeds to create the life we desire. This class includes the ambiance of a fire, sound healing, aromatherapy and dog therapy. NOTE: The 4 wk yoga classes that take place in Spring/Summer don’t include the fire and are therefore discounted.
This class is also available over Zoom. (If you live outside of Canada you can pay using Paypal.me)

Strength and Stretch Yoga
THURSDAYS 7:45pm EST
Get ready to laugh, play speak and think on your feet. This is a non-judgmental, super fun environment where we will play various improv-based games to get used to rolling with the punches. This class is great for simply experiencing the benefits of laughter, but will also build your inner confidence and courage to let your true self shine and release fears of judgment, fears of failure, and fears of the unknown. Fantastic to hone your public speaking skills!
