Jacquie has her 200hr RYS Yoga Certification and has been trained in Improv through Second City. Jacquie’s Yoga classes are intuitively guided and include channeled messages, sound healing, aromatherapy, and the warmth of a wood-burning fire. You don’t have to be funny for her improv classes, just a desire to laugh, play, and release fears of failure, judgment, and the unknown.

Jacquie has a warm, peaceful and inspiring energy. Her Vinyasa flow yoga classes inspired me to prioritize and incorporate mindfulness into my daily life. Her classes were a perfect mix of challenge and calm. I highly recommend her classes!

What’s unique about my services
I‘ve created a community where you can be yourself. Perfection is not required. We share when we are inspired, we laugh, work hard, and honour our bodies. I use a variety of tools: I channel messages, pull cards, use aromatherapy, sound therapy, dog therapy, joy, and a fireplace.
My vinyasa flow yoga classes are all-levels. They can be taken over Zoom or in person at my Uxbridge home-based yoga studio. If you are new to yoga I recommend booking a single one-on-one class to review some basic yoga poses.
One-on-One Yoga
During private sessions, Jacquie will run quantum healing energy to power up your healing and clearing process. We can schedule a meet and greet to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good match.

Zoom or in-person
Classes take place in my intimate home yoga studio. You must love dogs as Gracie and Chewie will be in the space sharing love. I take a maximum of 6 participants and in each four-week session, we’ll release patterns no longer serving us, increase our joy and flexibility, and decrease stress. We align and open our chakras, and ground to Mother Earth while receiving channeled messages and healing energy from the divine.
Yoga Flow is an all-level class where you choose how intense or restorative you’d like it to be. Adaptations are provided but above all listen to your body. This is a Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. This class includes the ambiance of a fire, sound healing, and aromatherapy.
Power Yoga is more intensive then the flow class with lots of opportunity to build core, strengthen, and tone.
Chair Yoga is for anyone just beginning yoga, getting back into yoga or maybe you have physical limitations. You will strengthen, tone, and stretch.
Yin Yoga is for those longing for restorative stretching and nurturing of the body. We will hold poses while breathing deeply as I send healing energy to your body and energy centers.
Yoga Strong+Power kicks it up a notch or two and can include light weights and bands to intensify poses. The poses themselves are not advanced however you are welcome to do arm balances and handstands if you are already trained to do so.
Meditation: So you say you can’t meditate? Try this class!! Jacquie’s voice along with sound healing and the ambiance of the fire help you to fully relax in the moment. Come to rejuvenate your soul while receiving messages and healing from the divine.

Get ready to laugh, play speak and think on your feet. This is a non-judgmental, super fun environment where we will play various improv-based games to get used to rolling with the punches. This class is great for simply experiencing the benefits of laughter, but will also build your inner confidence and courage to let your true self shine and release fears of judgment, fears of failure, and fears of the unknown. Fantastic to hone your public speaking skills!
